ENJOY A YOGA PRACTICE THAT IS CATERED TO YOUR UNIQUE BODY

Private Lessons are great for beginners who would like to advance their practice more quickly, for advanced yogis struggling with specific postures, and for learning how to adapt postures for physical limitations.  The individual attention and corrections that a student receives in a private session can advance a practice far quicker than routine classes in a studio setting.  During a private session, the student will be given a yoga routine to be practiced at home which is tailored specifically to the student’s needs.  If you are interested in exploring private lessons please contact me with any questions.
