Yoga with Talia

Talia’s classes weave the precision of Iyengar yoga with the fluidity of vinyasa. With nearly 20 years of teaching experience, she creates a warm, attentive space where students of all levels feel guided, seen, and supported. She is a lifelong student of yoga, both as a physical practice and as a tool for contemplative inquiry.

Weekly Classes

Talia teaches small weekly classes in Hofit, limited to a maximum of eight students. The small group size allows for personalised attention, careful guidance, and space to adapt the practice to each individual. Classes are suitable for all levels.

Offerings

Workshops, trainings, and spaces for deeper practice.

Workshops

Workshops offer the time to explore your practice more deeply—refining alignment, slowing down, and working with greater attention.

Bohm Dialogue

This workshop explores how habitual patterns of thought and reaction shape our experience. Participants learn to observe and suspend automatic responses, listen without defending fixed positions, and speak from present-moment awareness. This opens a more conscious and meaningful way of engaging in dialogue and everyday life.

Advanced Courses

Advanced courses are for experienced students and teachers who wish to deepen their practice and refine their understanding of alignment, sequencing, and observation. Drawing on years of experience working with teachers in training settings, Talia offers a focused, supportive space to develop clarity, confidence, and stronger foundations in both practice and teaching.

“The highest form of human intelligence is to observe yourself without judgment.”
